You got a lot of complexity for a simple question. Every digital camera in the world will let you download pictures to a laptop whether that be a WinTel machine or an Apple Mac. Eitherway the process is simple. Plug a USB cable from the camera into your laptop, install software if needed (which is not on many newer installations of Windows and Mac OS X 10.3 or better). One caveat.. not all phones and sevice providers support downloads (for example Sprint phones) The resolution of these cameras is bad anyway, so except for quick grab shots they are usless.
