Obviously they have either paid
someone to bid for them who has a computer program to do this or they have
such a program themselves. There is no way that a legitimate bidder could
come in at the last possible second and win without such a program.
I consistently bid in the last 10 seconds without any assistance. It's
very easy.
My point is that ebay must know that this is going on and so the whole auction
is dishonest and rigged.
Of course they know what's going on. It's also perfectly honest.
I think that ebay could weed out programed bids if they really wanted to.

I will no longer attempt to bid on anything on ebay.
So instead of learning to use eBay properly, you'll just take your ball
and go home? My son used to do that, before he turned 5. Bye.
