Canon Battery Charger - Travelling from India to US

Hi all,
I have a Canon CB-4AHE battery charger that charges Ni-MH batteries.
The following are the specifications:
INPUT: 100V-240V ~ 50/60Hz 10W.
OUTPUT: 1.2V === 310mA x 2
565mA x 4/1275mA x 2
I am using this in India and travelling to US. From the above
specification, I assume that I can use it in US without any converter,
but just need to take a plug adapter (for wall outlet).
Is my assumption correct? Please someone confirm.
Thanks,
Srinivas
.
