Now nobody is imaging to this limit, this is the limit that you can't
go past if the sensor has N=1.6. I do have a lens that is at NA=1.25
(works at N= 1.5 or so)however so this is not way out of the ball park.

What equations did you use to calculate this figure? The problem I
see with it is the diameter of the first zero ring is less than the
wavelength of green light, so I wonder if you used the >wavelength
equations down to this limit. The equations get more
complex as the size of the disk approaches the wavelength of
light and the spot size would be larger.
