I have been trying to use ULead (Picture Show 3) but have problems with the music. Several slides fly by at 2 or 3 per second, then the program hangs on one slide for several seconds apparently at random. I have been unable to find any sort of usable systematic support for ULead and think it is time to move on to a different program.


A bit pricy, but Adobe Premiere Pro is exceptional. I would imagine for a still image slide show Premiere Elements would still be a great choice. Pro offers you three image tracks and three audio tracks. When you have assembled your show you may export it directly to a DVD or to an AVI file then burn it with Roxio or Nero (or other program.
