If you believe that a statistically significant portion of the input to
resellerratings.com is false, then you probably shouldn't use them. I
don't think it's anywhere near that high when there are significant
numbers of ratings. Of course, no one would ever come online and post
hear-say comments that are fake! So hear-say is 100% reliable!

Just different philosophies. I prefer not to have to persevere to get
what I paid for. I find doing battle with someone who already has my
money and may or may not deliver the goods unsettling at best. If you
like doing battle, go with the hear-say evidence. Best of luck!
