Well, that would be the incorrect camera in the box that Larry paid for.

Most likely the switch was effected by WalMart itself, probably by an
employee (a company representative).

The fact that they sold him the wrong camera in the box. Perhaps their own
records of the item having been returned once, but I don't see them
providing such information, as it would obviously implicate them.
