I've had a 300D for about 1.5 years now and have decided to wait until the replacement for the 20D arrives next spring. In terms of digital camera life the 350D is in its middle age. The 20D replacement should be a good deal better in all respects. It might be worth considering if you can wait for it and can afford it.
