Can anyone suggest some best practices for storing and archiving of digital
photographs? Specifically, I would be interested to discuss the following:
> Naming conventions: Do you give a unique name (i.e. Son's Birthday
> 001.jpg) or do you stick with the serialized filename given by the camera

I'm getting to the point where I would like to have a standard. I could
definitely pick one and go with it now, but I thought I would ask here since
many of you may have already experienced the pros and cons of other ways,
and maybe I could use your experience to better organize my files.
Thanks in advance!
