Chris,
Don't think it is possible, you need a camera without a lens, or a
removeable lens to set this up properly. You can check with your
microscope manufacturer to see if they make an adaptor for the thread
size of the 602's lens there are ones for the Nikon 9xx series so
maybe. Canon used to make adaptors for this for their SLR bodies (FD
mount).
You can use the ocular by setting up the camera on a solid tripod or
stand aligned to the ocular. Takes a little trial and error. Pics
aren't as good as those done from the C-mount position, but you can get
pictures. Turn off autofocus and use manual exposure.
