Corel Paint Shop Pro 9 will. It has an excellent built in noise removal
filter, plus scripting. You'll need to open one of the noise ladden images
first. Turn on record in the scripting bar. Apply the noise removal filter
to taste (actually the filter normally picks up the best settings on its
own). Save the recording as a script. Go to the batch job dialog, navigate
to the folder with the images. Indicate you want your script run on all of
them and press Ok. Done.
You also have the option to run your script interactively. This means each
time PSP opens the image and the filter the DCNR dialog will show allowing
you to confirm the settings or change them before pressing Ok. This is handy
if the noise is drastically different (example: much harsher noise than the
rest) and you want to monitor each yourself without the work of having to
open one by one (the script does that for you). Try running the script in
auto/silent mode though as the results are normally spot on.
Download the trial from the corel.com or corel.ca site. It lasts for 60 days
[or at least it used to...30 days up and 30 days down to expiry].
Take care,
Linda
