Need recommendation for monopod with head

I am looking for a monopod with head able to handle 2 to 2.5 kilograms (4.4
to 5.5 US pounds). I want to use it for a DSLR, macro lens, one external
flash unit, butterfly bracket and focusing rail. I am looking for a monopod
with head for less than US$150. Any recommendations?
