I don't think so.
Even English has rules.
When I check a dictionary, I see "photos" as the plural of "photo".
And I also see, by looking at an English grammer book, that "photo's"
is the possessive form of "photo", and does not denote a contraction.
I can find no instance of "photo's" being used as a contraction.
Do you have any?
