D80: can't find accessories...

hi,

I need to purchase a few accessories for my Nikon D80 before I travel abroad Dec 20, but I can't find them anywhere, apart from Nikon's website, but you can't buy them on their website, these are the accessories I need:

semi-soft case:

(just realized they have a lot of remote cables (http://www.nikonusa.com/template.php?cat=1&grp=2&productNr=25432) don't know what difference is between them.. I just need it for taking photos from a distance, self-portraits and stuff..

I also need a flash, I don't like the built-in flash, the shadows that form when you shoot someone in front of a wall, etc.. I would like one like the old Vivitar I had for years, which you "pivot" on a kind of hinge, and can either point the flash to the ceiling or directly ahead of you, or anywhere in between.. would like the smallest lightest, most compact..;)

I also need an AC adapter..
(some of these accessories are pictured in the manual (pg 116), it says "AC adapterS" -- they have more than one, so how to choose? too many choices in life sometimes...;)

I don't know where to purchase these, can't find them anywhere except Nikon's website, but you can't purchase them there..
