Thanks to all that replied. I took it to a local shop and they were able to get it out after 20 minutes of effort. The lens stays in the bag with caps on from now on when it is not in use.

Depending on where in the lens it is, you could remove the
filter holder and put a ripe banana beside the lens and
hopefully the fly will come out the filter slot.
If it is deeper in, probably service is needed.
