Apples and oranges.
You cannot switch to a different imaging technology and expect identical
results.
With appropriate digital image processing and enlargements in the 8x10 range
there should be no obvious difference in the final prints with regard to
these two cameras and film vs digital sensors.
Digital image processing is key, or else developing a style that works for
you with in-camera jpeg presets, either of which takes time and has a
learning curve.
Using digital gear in the long run is more flexible, particularly if you
take control of image processing and printing, and can open you to new
professional opportunities.
I am not sure why you are using a 17-35 as this might not be optimal for
other than group pictures.
If using the Mamiya generates significant income for you and referrals based
on your quality and style why would you want to switch anyway if you have a
good gig going? I presume you have considered adding the D200 to the film
based work, rather than trying to immediately switch?
