You must be. A simple search on Google or live search etc. for tamron 28-300mm results in several links. Seems to have gotten good reviews although it appears to be constructed of plastic so I wouldn't go knocking it around or depending upon it for anything approaching professional work. Perhaps a decent hobbyist lens.
