I don't unknowingly make THAT mistake! Big companies frequently do,
"it's policy".

By "THAT" I mean let out defective products that are found in 5 minutes
by some random person. The key here is "random". The big companies frequently
don't let random people beta test their products, at least, not without

I'm so impressed with all of the "experts" who have never been in
charge of a product rollout but seem to know everything about testing
complex products while staying within a rational budget.

Here's a fact you should consider: Companies who don't make a profit
don't produce goods.
