My "dear" ISP has decided that since only a few hundred people use the
newsgroups via them that they're going to stop their "complimentary" NNTP
service.
I don't like things like the google news service where it's done through a
browser - preferring instead to just use the news reader built into Outlook
Express. Just wondering if any of you good folks know of a good / free
newsfeed that'll work with OL Express?
Not free, but individual.net charges only 10 euros per year.
seconded (if nobody else has yet) but always very popular, no binaries.
Worth every penny for the fact it strips out most of the spam messages,
v v quick, v v reliable. Just had my renewal through and didn't even
think twice. There are some freebies but news.individual.net is worth
paying for.
