You'll need to get two parts.
1) A generic T-mount for your camera. (Most camera stores which
carry used lenses and accessories should be able to supply one.
2) A tube to connect your scope to standard T-mount thread. This
you are either likely to need to buy from the telescope maker,
or to demonstrate your skill at working a metal lathe.
IF you do the latter -- cut as fine a thread as you can manage
through the ID of the adaptor, and then paint it with a flat
black paint to minimize reflections from the walls.
You might want to add some standard extension tubes, to get a bit more
effective focal length. You'll have to re-focus, of course.
