Phil L needs this synopsis! There's a Phil over on the cat NG who
WOULD say to see a vet, but he fancies himself one (but he's not) and
chastises people for all sorts of other crap. He thinks he's god's
gift to cats and well......... he's an ass. Maybe the Phil "X." is
a weird persona in general.

It's funny you should say that - I've only ever met one other person called
Janet and she was a snobbish trollop too.
