I'd add unusual shortness of breath after exercise. It's a kind of a breathing problem, but not as noticeable as, say, wheezing or gasping or stridor, it's not exactly lethargy, but it can be a sign of heart failure or, as in Oppie's case, the beginnings of Laryngeal Paralysis.
