Nobody said you were. However, you're not taking proper
care of your dog and you're making excuses for not taking
proper care of your dog. Anybody can make any claim ("On
the internet, nobody knows you're a dog") but what counts is
what you actually do, and apparently not only are you
failing to do squat, you apparently have no intention of
doing squat in the future.

Since you can predict the arrival of a paycheck, you're in
the perfect position to work out a payment plan with your
vet, right now. As in today. Take care of your dog.
That's the real world.
