Jack, I have Jerry "the amazing puppy wizard" in my kill file, so I will not
see his reply, but I wanted to alert you that he is incapable of posting
anything in 50 words or less. He seems to use copy and paste mode when
responding on these boards, with multiple attacks and name calling of other
posters.

Also, there is his "cute pattern of misspelling", trying to fit his name
HOWE uinto everything. Do yourself a favor and ignore him like the rest of
us.

Oh yeah, teaching a dog to sit. Best done with treats.

Say sit and move your hand with a treat to the level the dogs mouth would be
at when sitting. Use firm but gentle pressure on the dog's *** to help him
get the idea you want that portion of the body down. When the dog responds,
say good boy/girl and give the treat. Repeat until the dog does it him/her
self.

Slightly over 50 words, but easy to understand. Above all, make it fun for
yourself and your dog.
