Khan was on 10 mg Prednison daily, and peeing buckets. It got so
bad we had to drop his dose rather precipitously and stop sooner
than we should've(not recommended).
Yikes! I know they're supposed to be weened off it, so that can't
have been good. Hopefully, Harriet will not turn into a peeing
machine.
At this stage, yes. I'm not a meticulous enough record keeper
that it is beyond a margin or error (or more than a figment of my
imagination), so I'm going to wait a couple of weeks.
Nor am I, and that has to stop. I would maybe be having better luck
tracking down what Harriet might be reacting to if I'd been paying
better attention.
In vet adventure news, I just received my reminder for the beasts'
annual checkup. HW test, titer, geriatric panel and BP check all
around, plus Khan gets another thyroid panel and adrenal panel.
Especially fun, since if I recall correctly, Khan isn't a huge fan of
the vet. Good luck!
I don't think I've ever paid into the four figures for a
single vet checkup, but this one might do it.
Ouch! I had one of those once, and it made the Baby Shelly cry. I'm
sure Melinda has no pity, though.
