Re: Instant Review: Vet Check-up

Well, that surely sucks. Khan's last experience with anesthesia was a
little traumatic (for both of us), so I'll just keep my fingers crossed that
IF the lump's got to go, it can be excised quickly and cleanly.

I need to do more reading on that. I'll definitely discuss that with
the vet. Can fatty tumors go bad in that particular way?

I don't think I've heard of that, but if there are suspicious cells now when
there weren't any before, maybe it's possible. I really wouldn't have
mentioned it (you probably don't need any added stress), except for the
mention of her allergies flaring up.

The funny thing is that the vet asked me if I'm
a vet tech.

Considering my most recent experiences with the techs at the vet (mass
exodus coincident with their opening a new practice; dunno if the techs
decided to stay close to home or if they moved the 'good ones' until the
practice got established), I'd be insulted. A tech really should know what
a titer is, don't you think?
