Really glad that it seems to be working - for you and for
him! I take melatonin, and I _think_ it helps, though it
might be placebo effect. But not for Harv - he doesn't know
what it's supposed to do!

What dosage and is it found in health food stores or elsewhere? Dh & I
could both use a good night's sleep for a change!
