puppy in the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

I have gotten an abundance of advice from my previous post, which I am
extremely thankful for.
However, not one person thus far has answered my question:
Tether, crate train, or other (If time, money, and energy are of no
importance)

Go back and read all the advice you've been given thus far, then print
it out.

I don't need to. I have a very accurate memory.
Crate training, tether, journal, S&R/making no mistakes, no pee pads,
bathing with sensi shampoo, buy book, etc. etc. etc.
