That was the plan. Don't particularly care for maple syrup however, so will
probably use just enough sugar to sweeten it a bit and get it fluffy enough.
Hopefully, this stuff will keep for a bit. I'm considering making it for
Halloween Movie Night (movie, pizza, alcohol) which is on Friday, and my
preference is to make the parts ahead of time and assemble on Friday. We'll
see if it turns out to be too much work, 'cause now I have to go shopping
for ingredients.

Also add more nuts, almonds and walnuts.

I'll definitely add nuts. I think the textural contrast will be good.
