I find it totally alien, but I grew up in an environment
where we argued a lot (argued, not fought) and in academia
you basically can't get through a day without someone

many errors as possible before sending it out. I want it to
be good, and that means aggressive, occasionally hostile

I think it has to do in large part with control, especially in the
case of Jack and Flick. It makes them foam at the mouth when a
woman dares to stand up to them [ ... ]
Oh, everything makes them foam at the mouth.
