I let Maui chase and terrorize the rooster we have on one occasion. the
coop is about 250 feet or so from the house and doesn't have a roof yet so
the rooster flew out and planted himself on the back deck. I had Maui chase
and terrorize the poor thing until I was sure it would stay away from the
house. we don't want it going to the bathroom right in the backyard or on
the deck, which it had done the first night it stayed there. the first
morning, it also ***-a-doodle-dooed much before we were all ready to rise
(5 am). now, it stays near the coop and Maui's forgotten it existed. also
no more noisy mornings or chicken poop where the dogs go.

I let Cali get away with pretty much everything, no, make that everything.
she is a very well behaved dog but when she does misbehave she is usually
just too cute/silly to correct.
