Sorry, from what I've read of your posts, I enjoy them. But we'll have to
agree to disagree on this one. From what I understand, Bush didn't exactly
*shine* in school. I'm an Independent, always have been registered as such.
But from Bushes handling of this *war* in Iraq to his *handling* of Katrina
and it's aftermath, I have to stand by my *dope* on this one.

But he was *reading* this speech. ??? And he's been doing this for close
to eight years now. One would hope he would improve with repetition.
