Not easy...but...would it be possible to train him to harness and leach, so that you can walk him from time to time, rather than letting him loose to whatever hoomin wild life exists there?

I took in a cat that has been hanging out and being fed at our place
all summer.

I would love to make him an indoor only cat eventually because I am
moving to an apartment complex but for now until he get really used to
being indoors I will let him out. The area I live I do not trust
letting him roam what with gangs and people using cats and whatever
for fun for their dogs and etc. That is part of the reason I am
moving again.

Was wondering what people throught was the best time of day to let him
roam - night or day?? The streets are a LITTLE quieter and emptier at
night.
