Almost all of the text is Yowie's.

Yup, wrote most of that when I didn't have a real job and had penty of time
to waste at my place of employment (I even thought being an author of a FAQ
would look good on my CV while I looked around for something more
challenging and better paid) and also had plenty of spare time at home to
sit and write Shmogg related anecdotes.

Boy oh boy have things changed in the last ten years since it was first
written....

I'm very VERY grateful to Mark for taking the FAQ over as I no longer have
time to maintain it - and I think most folks would agree - its worth keeping
around and up to date.
