That was my image too, LOL. Actually, I was picturing a spittoon made
especially for horses. And wondering what that could possibly have to do
with Vernon's achilles heel. :)

A Zimmer frame is what we in the U.S. would usually call a "walker." I think some have additional mobility aids attached.
