Would he be willing to come to your house twice a day to feed her and
give her the medicine? It's a pain, but at least he wouldn't have her
at
his house, keeping him up at all hours. Does he live close enough to
you
to be able to do that without too much trouble?
I think this is the answer. I know Persia gets so upset when I board her.
On my recent two long visits to SC she eventually settle in, especially
since she gets a lot of attention from the staff. But it's distressing
for
a cat to have a quick environment change (one of my worries about taking
Persia to SC... I'm procrastinating), much less wonder if it now owns
someone else?!
