My son took care of Lindy while I was in Alaska, because she has to have
thyroid medication twice a day. He said she kept him awake most of the
night meowing. She did a lot of that during the day too. He fed her the

with him once before, and she loves him when he comes to my house.

My recent trip to Alaska was cut short, but I'll be going for a longer

in August. Any suggestions to keep her quiet so he can get some sleep? It
would be nice if she could be more contented there, too.

Constant change is here to stay.

Not that I usually know what I'm talking about, :-)
but I think she's communicating that she wonders where in the heck
her house and human are. How about taking a security blanket in the
form of something that you wear a lot, like a robe or old sweater?
Or I thought Yowie had a good suggestion, lots of attention, and maybe
food,
late at night.

Thank you, Sherry. That's a good suggestion. I think the last time I left
her with him, I did send along a tee shirt I'd been wearing, and he didn't
have so much of a problem.

She has dry food available all the time, and gets treats at bedtime.
