Today it has been 30 days since My Spirit left me. These last 30 days
have been some the hardest in my life. I miss him so much. I talk to him
every day. Some days I cry some days I walk proud knowing how special he
was to me and the pack. I miss my furball so much

Depression hurts so much some days I can't get out of bed I have to force
myself. Talking to someone helps but the pain does not go away. I miss
him so much


I miss you my friend. I love you dearly

I've experienced grief many times, but I've never experienced true
depression. The combination must be devastating.
