Re: Please could Barney Ferret have some purrs?

Barney is going to the vet tomorrow as he has a painful swollen
abdomen, and I am fairly concerned. (Translation: Worried sick) He's
eating and drinking etc normally, but I am worried that he has
something like a tumor as his belly has become very bloated.

I know very little about the diseases of ferrets, unlike the
veterinary knowledge I have about our feline or canine friends, and so
am only making a "best possible guess" based on google searching of
symptoms.

He's seeing a ferret specialist exotic vet tomorrow (the only one in
South Wales!!) so he's going to be in capeable hands, but I am very
concerned.

Some purrs and prayers for it to be easily resolved would be very
appreciated.

Thanks

Lots of purrs on the way.
