I really need that! Yes that's a consideration- I suppose what I
really need to do is go back and talk to my dentist and say 1. Are
you prepared to do root canal work? (I know they do crowns and under
the new rules you pay the same for one or twenty crowns and I need
another crown done)
2.If not are you prepared to take the steps to make sure things don't
get any worse i.e. denerve the tooth and put a temporary filling in
(preferably in my experience medicated) and refer me to someone who
will do it
3 If you are prepared to do it then how many sessions and how much?

The truth is I really can't just make an appointment to have a tooth
out. It doesn't hurt much but the feeling .........just thinking about
it makes me feel sick

Dave just started to play an Alice Cooper gig but when they started
"Bitter Sweet" he turned it off out of sheer terror of what I might do
involving his 22" monitor and his rear end
