I got this fairly swiftly. It was very jerky, though.

You said a long download, I was prepared for this. I went and washed up
my dishes while it was going on. Came back, still downloading, seemed to
be stuck half way. Watched an hour program on TV. Still downloading.
Switched off my monitor, came back 30 mins later. Download was finished
apparently, but all I had was a blank screen. So I never saw the movie
:-(

It was the same as the MPEG, just in Quicktime format (if you don't have
Quicktime you won't see it), but if you see the one, you've seen the other.
