Its not as bad as it could have been , but its still not good. She's

Sending purrs for Cinnamon to pull through and not have any more
internal injuries than the fracture. It sounds as though she might
have been pretty lucky, considering that this is a cat vs a car.

When I met Joanne, I thought she was a very nice person. I didn't
know she had a cat named Cinnamon - it must've inspired Spice's name.
