You are quite right, Pat. It would be far better if the thing was keptDunno if there's a truss available for "above the waist" hernias. they
are mainly for groin ones.
A corset then! You do need something to keep that injury protected.
confined into where it should be, how can I get a corset these days though?
I don't know how high above your waist the hernia is, but if it isn't too
high perhaps a weight-lifter's abdominal support belt would help.
