I can sure think of worse things that could happen! While it might not be
the layout/size/neighborhood/etc that you'd like, at least you'll have
some space of your own without rent or mortgage payments. And if you've
got even 100 square feet or so of yard, I'm sure it'll be possible to
manage some sort of nice enclosure for Persia.
