Well, many ads here DO specify "no section 8". (I'm not sure what that
means in the case of rental ads, but I think a "Section 8" discharge from
the military is for psychological problems.) They CAN advertise a
building as being for "seniors only" (over 55), but I'm not sure what they
could do if the person applying had custody of a couple of grandchildren
who lived with him/her.
