Persia doesn't play with the bootstring unsupervised. She shows no interest
in eating it but she does tug on it with her paws. The way it hangs from
the door she'd have to be a real athletic cat to hang herself.
She does like my bathrobe belt... she'll practically trip me up to get ahold
of the end of it and start tugging with her teeth. It's a big thick thing,
though, and firmly around my waist. She might not believe this, silly grey
panther, but I'm still bigger than she is! :)
