Ran a full virus scan yesterday, Spyware Doctor and Ad-Aware. I also go
through my McAfee firewall events and report possible hacker attempts and
block IP addresses that are trying to access my system. I actually do all
of this at least once a week (and do the firewall reporting daily); I'm a
bit anal about it.

I'll admit I'm lax in my backups and I *know* better. This should be my New
Year's resolution: weekly backups. I do have a boot disk and a recovery
disk to at least set everything back to factory settings.
