Well, maybe they can get a new place on higher ground. Is it just me,
or does anyone else think that they need to bulldoze the entire 'bowl'
part of New Orleans and fill it up until it's back up over sea level?
As for historic buildings, they can just take them apart and put them
up on the higher ground! If they can move the London Bridge from
England to Arizona, surely the can raise a few historic buildings,
right?
