Update on macaw on eggs.

On Jan 25 I posted that my B&G macaw had laid two eggs. She's tended them faithfully and her mate has supported her (feeding her) since then. I read that the incubation period is 26 to 30 days but it's now a week over that. She's still tending the the eggs as previously.
My questions are, what is the maximum time anyone has heard of for B&G macaw eggs to hatch and has anyone had experience with how long it may take a macaw to realize the eggs aren't going to hatch. Do they usually know if the eggs are "active". Both eggs are still intact and warm, but I suspect that's from her sitting on them. I measured the eggs' temperature at 99F with an infrared thermometer from a couple of feet distance when she was momentarily off them them, but that may have an error of a couple of degrees. I haven't touched them.
