With your inclusion of some of the text to which you are replying to, you're
doing just fine. Outlook Express works just fine as a basic newsreader,
especially when paired with OE Quote Fix:

Quote Fix takes care of the most aggravating problem with Outlook Express,
the placement of replies as a bottom post rather than as top-posting.
